Kharis Ralph (born April 22, 1992 in Washington, D.C., USA) is a Canadian ice dancer. She competes with partner Asher Hill. They are the 2008 Canadian junior national champions, the 2007 Canadian novice national champions, and the 2006 Candian pre-novice champions. They won two silver medals on the 2008-2009 Junior Grand Prix circuit.
