Japan ese businessman who served as Governor of theBoy Scouts of Japan .In 1971, Ishizaka was the 65th awardee of the "
Bronze Wolf ", the only distinction of theWorld Organization of the Scout Movement , awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting.External links
