Uncial 078 (Gregory-Aland), is a Greek uncial manuscript of the New Testament, dated paleographically to the 6th century. The codex contains a small part of the Matthew 17-18; 19; Luke 18:14-25; John 4:52-5:8; 20:17-26 on 6 leaves (27 cm by 20 cm). It was written in two columns per page, 22 lines per page. It is a palimpsest, the upper text was written in 10th century in Georgian language.

The codex is located now in Russian National Library (Suppl. Gr. 13, fol. 1-7) in Saint Petersburg.

The Greek text of this codex was influenced by byzantine text-type. Aland placed it in Category III.
