"Salgira" (Urdu: ﻩﺮﮕﻟﺎﺳ)(English: Birthday) is a block buster Pakistani Urdu black and white film released in 1969. It is a melodious love story which was directed by Qamar Zaidi and produced by Najma Hassan. The film casted Waheed Murad, Shamim Ara, Tariq Aziz, Santosh Rissal, Nirala, Nighat Sultana and Talish. The film has superhit and all time nation's favourite songs "Meri zindagi hai naghma..." and "Lay aai phir kahan par..." sung by Melody Queen Noor Jehan.

Release
