James Cartwright (canoer)

James Cartwright-Garland (born June 16, 1976 in North Vancouver, British Columbia) is an canoer from Canada and an Olympic athlete who competed in three consecutive Summer Olympics (2000, 2004, 2008). He is a graduate of the University of Ottawa.

In the 2008 Olympic C-1 event he finished thirteenth in the qualification round, thus failing to progress to the semifinals.
