"El Mundo del Profesor Rossa" (Spanish: The World of Professor Rossa) was a Chilean children's television show centering on a professor named "Professor Rossa", who taught about Chilean national animals and other things about nature. The show was transmitted on UCV TV 1981 to 1984 and on Canal 13 from 1984 to 2001

The Show

The show was set in Professor Rossa's house. The four characters interacted, always making a mess, irritating the professor.The Professor had videos about animals which could only be viewed by putting them to one's eye.

Characters

*Professor Rossa (Iván Arenas): A Professor with pink hair and moustache, who taught about Chilean animals.
*Guru Guru (Francisco Ossa, later played by Claudio Moreno): A man in bird disguise with pink cap and glasses, hatched from an egg left on set.
*Don Carter (Juan Alcayaga): A postman. Friend of Guru Guru.
*Valentín Trujillo: (Himself).
*Teacher (Anita Klesky):A female teacher who gived classes to Guru Guru.She only appeared in the 1987-1988 season.

Forbidden Video

The show was canceled after a video appeared on the Internet "El Video Prohibido del Profesor Rossa" (Spanish: "The Forbidden Video of Professor Rossa") wherein the four characters were seen swearing and the professor urinating on top of Lonquimay volcano.
