David Farquhar Allison (born June 26, 1948) was an English cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and wicket-keeper who played first-class cricket for Oxford University Cricket Club. He was born in Marylebone.

Allison played two games for Warwickshire Second XI in 1968. His six first-class appearances came during the 1970 season, playing in the lower order alongside Andrew Douglas-Home, nephew of former British Prime Minister Alec.

Of the six first-class games that Allison played between April and July 1970, none ended in victory for his Oxford University side.
