Karoro is a suburb to the south-west of Greymouth on the West Coast of New Zealand. The population was 879 in the 2006 Census, a decrease of 18 from 2001. Karoro School is a coeducational full primary (years 1-8) school with a decile rating of 8 and a roll of 169.
