The Stanley Theater is an art and music venue in Utica, New York, USA designed by movie palace architect Thomas W. Lamb. It opened on September 10, 1928. It is able to host approximately 3,000 people. The Stanley is currently undergoing a major $16.9 million expansion project in order to be able to bring in larger acts.

The theater was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.
