Hapoel Gilboa Galil Elyon ( _he. הפועל גלבוע גליל עליון) is a basketball club based in north-east Israel. The merger agreement had originally been to play 70% of games in Gan Ner and 30% in Hapoel Galil Elyon's arena in Kfar Blum, but most games will be played in Gan Ner.References
