The Honeydrips are Mikael Carlsson’s (former lead singer for Dorotea) electronic pop music solo project.

The electropop band is under the Swedish label 'Sincerely Yours', run by The Tough Alliance. "Here Comes the Future" came out in 2007 and received an 8.4 on Pitchfork [cite news|publisher=Pitchfork |date=2008-01-10|accessdate=2008-07-11|url=http://www.pitchforkmedia.com/article/record_review/47401-here-comes-the-future|title=Here Comes the Future|author=Marc Hogan] . Also released are the singles "I Wouldn’t Know What To Do" and "(Lack of) Love Will Tear Us Apart".
