Frederick Henry Francis (1881 – 15 August 1949) was an Australian politician. Born in Melbourne, he was a builder and Malvern City Councillor before entering federal politics. In 1919, he contested the Australian House of Representatives seat of Henty as an independent Nationalist and defeated the sitting Nationalist MP, James Boyd, on Labor preferences.
