Nicolò Gagliano

Nicolò Gagliano

Nicolo Gagliano (fl. ca. 1740-1780) was an Italian violin-maker, the eldest son of Alessandro Gagliano. He made many admirable instruments; often imitated. Some have been mistaken for those of Stradivari.
