Imerys, Cornwall

Imerys has plans to build a new town on a cluster of sites near St Austell, in Cornwall. Provisionally termed Imerys China Clay Community, in 2008 the plan was shortlisted by the UK's Department for Communities and Local Government as one of the 10 eco-towns proposed for construction in the UK.
