Henry Varnum Poor (craftsman)

Henry Varnum Poor (1888-1970) was an American architect, painter, and potter. The self-taught modernist-craftsman lived on South Mountain Road in New City, New York.

He designed pottery for Radio City Music Hall and houses or home renovations for Kurt Weill and Lotte Lenya, John Houseman, Burgess Meredith and Maxwell Anderson.
