Liu Jiayi (Chinese: 刘家义;
Pinyin : Liú Jiāyì; August 1955 - ) is the current auditor general of theNational Audit Office of the People's Republic of China .Biography
Born in
Kai County ,Chongqing , he graduated fromSouthwestern University of Finance and Economics . After college, he was assigned to work in the audit office ofSichuan Province . In 1988, he was promoted to a position in the National Audit Office. In September 1996, after completing one-year training for young cadres at theCommunist Party of China Central Party School, Liu was appointed to the post of vice auditor general. Following the retirement ofLi Jinhua , he was promoted to his current position of auditor general of the National Audit Office of thePeople's Republic of China in March 2008. He is a senior auditor and member of the17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China .External links
