"Love and Other Disasters" is Sonic Syndicate's third album and second to be released by Nuclear Blast. It was released on September 19, 2008 in Europe and is slated for an October 14, 2008 release in North America. In addition to the regular CD, a digipack version of the album will made available featuring two bonus tracks and a DVD.

On June 27th their new single Jack of Diamonds was released to radio, the same day it was played live for the first time on the MetalTown festival.
