Farm to Market Road 2403 is a state highway the U.S. state of Texas.

Route description

FM 2403 is a short highway connecting FM 2917 near Liverpool to State Highway 35 in Alvin. The route parallels State Highway 35 giving it no meaning besides a route for trucks from the chemical plants on FM 2917.
