Biography

Jose Amaya Rafael Nuñez was born in Hemosillo, Sonora, but after five years, Rafael and his family moved to Tecate, Baja California. Since boy has done much sport, especially, Athletics, also, from a teenager, took classes in theater and music. Finishing high school, traveled to San Diego to study the University. He returned to Mexico and started playing with various groups, and was with the Palapa Banda who came to Mexico City to try their luck.
